until we get another mod. I'll be devoting 30 minutes of my time every weekend to purge dead topics. lock off topics, etc etc. at th esae time, i'll update forum, change wtv needs to be changed, add shit, change skin wtv wtv

topics in funnies section will be locked after reply activity slacks off. they will be deleted a week thereafter. Really funny ones remain an extra week or so.
same goes for General, music and movies forums.
I'll think about the rest.
